Matt Walters is the Executive Vice President of CBRE's Tenant Representation—Technology and Media Practice Group, which they joined in January 2012. With over 12 years of tenant representation experience, Matt has completed global transactions for notable clients such as IBM, Accenture, and Comcast. In the past three years, Matt has led the Technology and Media Practice in the Puget Sound Region, advising many of the area’s dynamic technology organizations. Prior to CBRE, Matt was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where they achieved multiple accolades, including being named Rookie of the Year in 2006. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Washington.
