Previously, Matthew held key positions at organizations such as Flex and Tesla, where they directed EHS operations and led teams to enhance workplace safety. Their educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University and a Master of Public Health from Tulane University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Health Physics from Purdue University.
