Melisa Preus

Melisa Preus is the Vice President of Advisory and Transaction Services at CBRE, where they have been since 2019. Prior to this role, Melisa served as Vice President of Leasing at The Howard Hughes Corporation from 2010 to 2019, overseeing the leasing of approximately 1.3 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space. They also held the position of Group Vice President of Business Development at General Growth Properties from 2002 to 2010, focusing on specialty leasing and alternative revenue in Hawaii. Melisa is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, having graduated from The Kamehameha Schools.
