Michael Affronti

Michael Affronti is the Executive Managing Director for CBRE’s Greater Boston Advisory Services, overseeing offices in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire with over 350 employees. They have over a decade of leasing experience, having previously served as First Vice President at CBRE and managing significant portfolios for major landlords in New York City. Affronti began their career as a professional baseball player with the Oakland Athletics and Houston Astros before transitioning into real estate. They hold a BS in Finance from Le Moyne College.
