Michael Bowens

Michael Bowens currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Industrial & Logistics APAC at CBRE, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Michael was with Colliers from September 2011 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading the Industrial Vertical for Colliers Asia and delivering transaction management solutions for large corporate occupiers across the region. Michael has extensive experience in representing multinational corporations, including Nike and Microsoft, in real estate transaction management. Michael's earlier experience includes a position as Director of Tenant Representation for Industrial & Logistics at CB Richard Ellis from February 2006 to July 2011. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Limerick, earned between 1997 and 2001.
