Michael Copella

Michael Copella serves as the Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s Advisory Services in the Eastern Midwest Region, where they lead approximately 750 professionals and oversee the strategic direction of various business lines. They have successfully led CBRE’s Columbus office, establishing it as the market leader in Central Ohio. Previously, Copella held the position of Vice President at Alterra Real Estate Advisors and was a brokerage professional at CBRE, focusing on tenant representation for healthcare clients. An active board member of organizations like Habitat for Humanity Mid Ohio and the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, Copella is also a graduate of the State University of New York at Fredonia and completed Harvard’s Young American Leaders program.
