Michael Walker is an Executive Vice President in CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance division, based in downtown San Francisco, where they originate and place debt for commercial real estate across the U.S., focusing on the West Coast. They have developed a specialty in sourcing structured debt and construction financing for Industrial and Life Science properties, leading financing for notable Bay Area developments such as the former PG&E HQ and the Netflix World Headquarters. As one of the youngest members of CBRE’s "CBRE DSF G-20," they contribute to strategic planning and were recognized with the "40 under 40" award by the San Francisco Business Times in 2015.
