Michael Yu

Michael Yu is the Vice Chairman at CBRE, where they lead an 11-person team specializing in hotel investment brokerage across the United States since February 2016. They previously served as a Senior Director and First Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap from 2003 to 2016, where they contributed significantly to the hotel sales in the South Central United States. Michael began their career in the hospitality industry in the early 90s as a front office manager and quickly advanced to roles including general manager and vice president, focusing on asset management and hotel development. Michael holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree, both from Tianjin University.
