Mike Doolan

Mike Doolan is a Global Technical and Reliability Director with extensive experience in data center operations and maintenance. They have held leadership roles at companies such as CBRE and Johnson Controls, where they developed and implemented best practices for critical environments, significantly reducing unplanned downtime and enhancing operational efficiency. Mike's background includes managing global teams, overseeing significant budgets, and fostering customer relationships across multiple sectors. They hold a Master's degree in Data Centre Leadership and Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Business Management from the University of Surrey. Currently, Mike serves as a founding board member of the Electrical Safety and Reliability Association.
