Mike Hicks

Mike Hicks has over a decade of experience in property management and asset management, with a career that began at Panera Bread as a Certified Associate Trainer and included a role as a Commercial Associate at Builders Inc. Mike served as Property Manager at Mountain West Industrial Properties from January 2013 to December 2014 and later held positions as Asset Manager from January 2015 to August 2020 and Senior Property Manager at Comunale Properties from August 2020 to February 2022. Currently, Mike is a Property Manager at CBRE, starting in February 2024. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis from Wichita State University, completed in 2011.
