Mike Ryan

Mike Ryan is a Vice Chair at CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance Group in the Atlanta office, where they focus on new business development and strategizing financial arrangements for commercial real estate assets. Prior to joining CBRE in 2022, Ryan founded the Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team at Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office and played a pivotal role in expanding the firm's southeast business platform. Since starting their career in 2004, Ryan has facilitated over $17 billion in transactions and has been recognized as a Top 100 broker in North America. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and are actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Urban Land Institute and the Mortgage Bankers Association.
