They served as the Global Head of Transformation at Estée Lauder Companies from 2019 to 2023, establishing a transformation office to enhance operational effectiveness and cultural change. Previously, Moon held key strategic roles at Bayer and IBM, where they led critical M&A integrations and complex transformational efforts. Currently, Moon is a Senior Managing Director at CBRE and is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University.
