Morris Ewing

Morris Ewing, Jr. is a seasoned real estate broker with a significant background in real estate development, leasing, site selection, and transaction management. They began their career as a consultant at KPMG and co-founded The Madison Group, where they renovated luxury apartments in Moscow. Morris has held various leadership roles, including serving as Managing Member of Ewing Southeast Realty LLC and Director at CBRE, where they managed transactions for major clients such as AT&T and HSBC. Currently, they are self-employed as a real estate broker, leveraging their extensive expertise to manage a team focusing on retail store site selection and lease negotiations. Morris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Davidson College and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Georgia.
