Neil Pendleton

Neil Pendleton is the Head of U.S. Client Solutions for Property Management at CBRE, where they focus on growing the Property Management business by leading and integrating teams, overseeing brand initiatives, and enhancing client relationships. They are also the national practice leader for the Property Management Life Sciences Practice Group, serving multiple major markets. Previously, Neil held various leadership roles in Investor Services and Project Management at CBRE and started their career as a CAD/Planner at Horn + Associates. Neil earned a Bachelor of Science in Design/Interior Architecture from the University of Cincinnati.
