Nelson S. has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate valuation, specializing in luxury and complex assets, including high-end residential properties and historic landmarks. They served as Real Estate Appraiser at Integra Realty Resources from 2008 to 2012, later advancing to Senior Appraiser and Project Lead, before holding the position of Senior Appraiser and Valuation Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield from 2015 to 2020.
