Nicholas Chang, CCIM, SIOR, is a seasoned commercial and industrial real estate broker based in Southern California. Specializing in the sale and leasing of properties suitable for warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing since starting their career in 2002, Nicholas has facilitated over fifty transactions annually, totaling more than $500 million in real estate deals. As an Executive Vice President at NAI Capital from 2008 to 2024, Nicholas represented numerous clients and major properties, including the largest single-tenant industrial building sale in the Los Angeles basin. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at CBRE, Nicholas continues to leverage extensive industry experience and training, having earned both the CCIM and SIOR designations. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
