Nicholas Walker

Nicholas Walker is the Vice Chairman of the Self Storage Advisory Group at CBRE, where they specialize in the acquisition and disposition of self-storage properties across the United States. With over eight years of experience in commercial real estate, Nicholas has overseen transactions totaling over $820 million. Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Nicholas served as Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap from 2008 to 2014. They earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside in 2007.
