Owen Sum

Owen Sum, RICS, is a General Manager at CBRE with 30 years of experience in property and asset management across retail, office, and residential properties. Previous roles include General Manager at G.T. Land Holdings Limited, where they oversaw extensive commercial operations in Guangzhou and Hangzhou, and Centre General Manager at Sino Group, responsible for commercial properties in Tsimshatsui. Owen also served as Regional Director at Lan Kwai Fong Group and held various positions at the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Guardian Property Management.
