Patrick Colwell joined CBRE in 2014 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President for Investment Properties, overseeing the northern suburbs of New York City, including Westchester County, NY, and Fairfield County, CT. With over 40 years of experience in acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties, Patrick has worked on transactions valued between $5 million and $250 million across office, multifamily, development, and private equity assets throughout the United States. Prior to CBRE, Patrick co-founded Longitude Investment Advisors and held key positions at Morgan Investment Fund, Grubb & Ellis, and Cushman & Wakefield. Patrick earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York College at Cortland.
