Patrick D. Gallagher is the Executive Vice President at CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate services firm, where they are responsible for investment property sales in Wisconsin and the Midwest. Gallagher has overseen over $200 billion in Wisconsin capital markets transactions in 2022 and managed more than $6 billion in investment property sales, including numerous apartment units and various commercial assets. They are the principal and founder of Siegel-Gallagher, a leading provider of commercial and multi-family real estate services in the region. Gallagher was named Real Estate Professional of the Year in 2012 by the Business Journal of Milwaukee and has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member since 1997. They hold a B.A. in Political Economy from Colorado College and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
