Patrick Gildea

Patrick Gildea is the Vice Chairman and Co-Head of US Office Capital Markets at CBRE, where they lead a top-performing team focused on the disposition and acquisition of office, industrial, and mixed-use properties across the Carolinas. With over $10 billion in investment property sales to their credit, Patrick has set record prices per square foot and cap rates in Charlotte and the Carolinas. Previously, Patrick was a Management Development Associate at BB&T before joining CBRE as Vice Chairman in 2021. They are currently pursuing education at North Carolina State University in the College of Management.
