Patrick Lynch

Pat Lynch is the Executive Managing Director of Advisory and Transaction for the Data Center Solutions Group at CBRE, where they lead the global Data Center Advisory & Transaction business. In this role, Pat oversees the go-to-market strategies and client relationships across regions, contributing to the substantial growth of CBRE’s Data Center Solutions. Prior to joining CBRE in 2011, Pat held leadership positions at various technology companies, where they managed global real estate services and executed multimillion-dollar site acquisition transactions. Pat's extensive experience includes expertise in data centers, mission-critical facilities, and corporate service delivery.
