Patrick Stelmach

Patrick Stelmach is an urban land specialist at CBRE, focusing on land sales for residential development, particularly in the Sacramento, Sierra Nevada, and Central Valley regions of California. With over ten years of experience, Patrick has successfully leased and sold more than 500,000 square feet of commercial property valued over $350 million. Before joining CBRE, Patrick served as a Vice President at Turton Commercial Real Estate, where responsibilities included assisting clients with complex land dispositions and leveraging extensive knowledge of zoning and planning processes. Patrick holds dual bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Society and Environment from the University of California, Berkeley.
