Peter Schippits

Peter Schippits is the Group President for CBRE's West Region, where they lead the organization with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Previously, Peter held the position of Managing Director at JLL, focusing on leasing and acquisition consulting, and worked as an Attorney at Gelt & Grassgreen, P.C., specializing in business and tax planning. Peter began their career in end user marketing and sales at Black & Decker, where they built a sales division in Seattle. They hold a JD in Taxation and Business from Seattle University School of Law and an LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida. Additionally, Peter earned a BS in Marketing and Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
