Preston Sharp

Preston Sharp is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in portfolio and lease administration. Currently serving as Senior Director in Portfolio Services at CBRE since July 2017, Preston has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Portfolio Services Operations for the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Sector and Advanced Technology (A&T) sector. Prior to CBRE, Preston worked at Colliers International as Director of Operations in Lease Administration and spent over a decade at Mohr Partners in various directorial roles focused on lease and portfolio management. Preston's earlier experience includes positions at Zale Jewelers, Lehman Brothers, and Quine & Associates, where skills in audit, compliance, and property administration were honed. Education was completed at Stephen F. Austin State University.
