Rachel Eberle possesses extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors, having held significant positions at several reputable firms. As Vice President in Leasing at Silverstein Properties, Inc. from 2011 to 2013, Rachel managed all leasing transactions and developed financial models to assess the impact on overall net operating income (NOI). In the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer at TENET from 2009 to 2018, Rachel oversaw financial projections, managed tax liabilities, and handled real estate lease negotiations. Previous positions include Senior Associate roles at CBRE and CIT, where key responsibilities involved financial modeling and loan underwriting. Currently serving as Director of Real Estate at CBRE, Rachel has arranged over $900 million in debt financing and equity placement, focusing on risk analysis and investment strategies. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business.
