Randy Bowman

Randy Bowman is a seasoned property CEO and community leader, currently serving as the General Manager of Orange Park Mall, a position held since 2018. They have successfully driven the mall to maintain over 98% occupancy and fostered a positive culture among a high-performing team. Prior to this role, Randy was the CEO of the Rendezvous Film Festival and the president of BUYGO Stores, where they developed innovative business models and increased community involvement. An active member of the Rotary and local Chambers of Commerce, Randy has received several accolades for their community service, including Rotarian of the Year and multiple awards from the Clay Chamber of Commerce. Randy also coaches youth sports, mentoring young athletes in basketball and baseball.
