Rauf Ogunbayo

Rauf Ogunbayo is an experienced professional specializing in energy transition, data analytics, and sustainability. Previously, they served as a Performance Management Officer at Intercontinental Bank PLC, where they excelled in HR generalist affairs and staff development from 2008 to 2012. From 2015 to 2020, Rauf worked as a Business Analyst and later as Team Lead in Facilities Management at Access Bank Plc, focusing on financial compliance and the deployment of sustainable technologies. Currently, Rauf is pursuing multiple degrees, including a B.Sc in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from the University of Lagos and an MSc in Energy and Environmental Technology and Economics from City, University of London, while also serving as a Senior ESG Consultant at CBRE.
