Rick Eiseman

Rick Eiseman has extensive experience in asset management and leasing within the real estate sector. Notably, Rick served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Gramercy Property Trust from January 2016 to October 2018, after holding the position of National Leasing Director there from 2008 to January 2016. Following a brief tenure at Strategic Office Partners as Senior Vice President of Asset Management in late 2018, Rick joined ElmTree Funds as Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management from January 2019 to August 2021. Currently, Rick holds the position of Senior Vice President at CBRE since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President at both JLL from March 1998 to July 2004 and American Financial Realty Trust from 2004 to 2008. Rick Eiseman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and a Master's Degree in Public Policy/Public Administration from St. Louis University.
