Rob Iles

Rob Iles is an experienced Alliance Director in Commercial Government and Defense Services at CBRE, where they lead efforts in facilities management and HSE leadership. Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated expertise in creating and executing comprehensive safety and operational programs, significantly impacting organizations such as ExxonMobil, where they held various leadership roles in safety, security, and facilities management. Rob has also held positions at Sysco and Invesco Aim, further developing their management skills. They earned a postgraduate certification in Data Science and Business Analytics from the Texas McCombs School of Business, enhancing their analytical abilities to address complex challenges. Currently pursuing a BA in Public Relations, Mass Communications, and Sociology at Louisiana State University, Rob continues to foster an inclusive learning environment and focus on employee development.
