Rob Maxwell

Rob Maxwell has extensive experience in the commercial management and operations of interior projects. As a Commercial Manager at Willmott Dixon Interiors and Overbury, Rob managed teams and was accountable for all commercial aspects of projects valued between £500k and £5m. At Aztec Interiors, Rob served as a Director, overseeing turnover, quality, and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes leadership roles at JCA Engineering, where Rob was a Divisional Director responsible for project delivery teams, and an operational role at CBRE as Head of Projects and currently Fit-Out Director, managing the UK fit-out operations. Rob began a career in marine engineering with the Royal Navy and holds a degree in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University.
