Rob Shannon

Rob Shannon, SIOR, CCIM, is the Executive Vice President at CBRE, bringing over four decades of experience in Silicon Valley commercial real estate. They focus on owner representation, particularly in the redevelopment and repositioning of Silicon Valley assets, and have extensive expertise in acquisition, entitlement, development, and stabilization of properties. Rob's current clients include notable companies such as Irvine Company, Hudson Pacific Properties, and MetLife. Prior to their role at CBRE, they served as Senior Vice President at Colliers International and as Senior Sales Consultant at Bishop-Hawk, Inc. Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
