Robert James

Robert E. James, Jr., MAI, SRA, AI-GRS is a First Vice President at CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services, where they have worked since 2017. A certified general licensed appraiser, they have been involved in appraising properties across Southern and Central California since 1986, specializing in income-producing properties. Previously, they held roles such as Associate Vice President at Fairfield Residential and Senior Data Research Manager at CoStar Group. James is also a dedicated community member with 30 years of service in Rotary International and has held various leadership positions within the Appraisal Institute. They hold a degree in Finance and Real Estate from San Diego State University.
