Robert Ruzza is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive leasing and business development experience, having worked with landlords, national brands, and local tenants since 2003. Ruzza served as Regional Director of Specialty Leasing at Westfield from 2003 to 2012, then advanced to Senior Director of Leasing at Simon Property Group from 2012 to 2019. Ruzza held roles as General Manager at the United States Naval Academy, Senior Director of Real Estate at Sabre Real Estate Advisors, and Principal Owner at RUCO Consultants, LLC from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Ruzza is the Vice President of Alternative Revenue North America at CBRE.
