Ryan Dynes

Ryan Dynes, MAI, is a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Inc., bringing extensive experience in the valuation of commercial real estate, particularly gas station, convenience store, and car wash properties across the Pacific Southwest Division. Previously, Ryan served as Vice President at CBRE from 2012 to 2023 and worked as an appraiser for Leahy, Blumenfeld & Associates from 2004 to 2011. Ryan also held the position of Assistant Vice President at Pacific Western Bank, where they focused on appraisal compliance. With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration and Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University, Ryan's expertise is supported by a comprehensive understanding of appraisal methodologies and client needs.
