Sam Yee

Sam Yee is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience at CBRE. Beginning as a Senior Production Analyst in October 2010, Sam advanced to Senior Underwriter before taking on the role of Deputy Chief Underwriter from January 2015 to July 2018, during which time the CBRE SBL team witnessed significant production growth from approximately $250 million to $1 billion. Currently serving as Vice President since September 2018, Sam leverages a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
