Sarah Cooley

Sarah (Croke) Cooley is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience at CBRE, currently serving as the Managing Director of Advisory Services and the Southern Virginia Market Leader. In this role, they drive growth and streamline operations across Richmond and Norfolk, supporting clients in achieving their real estate goals. Previously, Sarah was a Senior Sales Director, where they focused on broker enablement and strategic growth, earning the Operational Excellence Award in 2018. Their career began in advertising and publishing in New York before transitioning to government event planning and then to commercial real estate. Outside of work, Sarah is a mentor, a mother of two boys, and a proud graduate of the University of Virginia.
