Simon Brown

Simon Brown is the Head of UK Office Research at CBRE, where they cover investment and occupier markets across the country. With 15 years of experience in the UK real estate industry, Simon leads a team of four research professionals, producing industry-leading publications related to UK office markets. Prior to joining CBRE in 2011, Simon worked as an Assistant Asset Manager at Town Centre Securities PLC, specializing in retail asset management. Simon holds a degree in Politics from Durham University and a degree in Real Estate from the University of Aberdeen.
