Simon Hayes

Simon Hayes is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and facilities management. They began their career in civil construction project management in Ottawa and later transitioned to the commercial property sector upon returning to South Australia. Over the years, Simon has held various key roles, including Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Manager, and Senior Facilities Manager, and is currently the Director of Technical Services – SA at CBRE, where they lead a dedicated team focused on delivering excellence in the industry. Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Structural Engineering along with a Bachelor of Finance from The University of Adelaide.
