Simon Milner is currently the Executive Director at CBRE, specializing in Logistics Properties and focusing on development funding. Since 2010, Simon has been engaged in a range of industrial and logistics transactions for a major e-commerce occupier in the U.K. and Germany. Prior to joining CBRE, Simon was a Partner and the Head of Investment at Gerald Eve from 1982 to 2000, and co-founded M3 Agency LLP, where they served as a Partner until 2010. Simon obtained a degree in Land Economy, Real Estate from Pembroke College, Cambridge University.
