Simon Rada

Simon Rada is a Director at CBRE, where since May 2015, the focus has been on the Advisory sector of the international valuation team, specializing in cross-border valuations for various asset classes, particularly in retail and development for loan security purposes. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director and Senior Surveyor at Coles from October 2013 to May 2015, where responsibilities involved detailed financial analysis and feasibility modeling for property development and investment opportunities. Earlier experience as a Property Valuer at Charter Keck Cramer from March 2010 to October 2013 included providing a range of valuation services and achieving accreditation as a Certified Practising Valuer in June 2013. Simon Rada holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Property and Valuations from RMIT University, earned between 2006 and 2009, and is an alumnus of Brighton Grammar School, graduating in 2005.
