Sofie Olson

Sofie Olson is a Transaction Coordinator at CBRE since September 2024, previously serving as a Market Research Intern at the same company in June-July 2024 and as a Capital Market Intern. During the internship, Sofie presented a capstone project on acquisition and disposition strategies for real estate, developed financial modeling skills, and conducted data analysis using various market research tools. Prior experience includes a Residential Real Estate Internship at Denver Mountain Living, where networking and sales activities were emphasized, and a role as a Kennel Attendant and Receptionist at Bergen Bark Inn, managing care for a large number of dogs and engaging with clients. Sofie is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Geography at Miami University, expected to graduate in 2025, after earning a high school diploma from Golden High School in 2021.
