Stephen Eynon

Stephen Eynon is a Senior Managing Director at publicly traded CBRE in New York, where they oversee the growth and strategy of the advisory and transactions business for the Tri-State region. Prior to their current role, they spent 30 years as a commercial leasing broker, advising various private and institutional owners and being instrumental in the leasing of the World Trade Center buildings. Stephen has notable transaction experience with major companies such as WPP, Spotify, and Uber, and they led the successful repositioning of the Empire State Building. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate from Lehigh University and are an inductee in the River Dell Regional High School Hall of Fame for both football and baseball.
