Stephen Walker

Stephen Walker is an experienced Executive Director at CBRE since June 2006, where expertise includes Compulsory Purchase and Compensation, Land Assembly, Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects, Development Consent Orders, Easements and Wayleaves, Ransom Strips, Marriage Values, Restrictive Covenant Discharges, and Compulsory Purchase Orders. Previously, Walker served as a Partner at Bruton Knowles from January 1996 to June 2006 and as a Property Valuer at Severn Trent Water from October 1990 to December 1995. Education was completed at Southampton from 1986 to 1989 and at Shrewsbury from 1980 to 1985.
