Steve Bill

Steve Bill is currently the Director of Project Management for the Fordland Account at CBRE, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role at CBRE, Steve worked as a Senior Project Manager on the Fordland Account and served as a Project Manager at CB Richard Ellis from 2007 to 2014. Before entering project management, Steve was a Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker West Shell from 1992 to 2001, and served as a Senior Project Manager at Fifth Third Bank from 2001 to 2007. Steve earned a BS in Construction Management and an AS in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati between 1987 and 1992.
