Steve Calandra

Steve Calandra, MAI, is a seasoned professional in the real estate valuation sector, currently serving as Director at CBRE since July 2018. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Managing Director at JLL Valuations, where responsibilities included marketing, client relations, and the valuation of complex institutional grade assets. Steve's extensive experience began at Zengel & Associates as a Senior Appraiser, followed by a tenure at Integra Realty Resources as Senior Managing Director. Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing from CSU Fresno and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, along with certification as a General Appraiser from the Office of Real Estate Appraisers.
