Stuart Kennett is a Senior Facilities Manager with over 15 years of experience in Melbourne’s property industry, specializing in facilities management, commercial and residential real estate. Skilled in construction handover, DLP management, building compliance, and negotiation, Stuart consistently delivers exceptional outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Currently, Stuart works client-side at the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul’s flagship site, Ozanam House, where they oversee onsite building services, compliance, and BMS management. Previously, Stuart held key roles at organizations such as CBRE, FM Essentials, and Harcourts, demonstrating a strong aptitude in both commercial and residential markets.
