Summer Cross

Summer Cross is an experienced Learning & Development professional with a diverse background in employee engagement and training across various sectors. Currently serving as Learning & Development Manager and formerly as Sr. Learning & Development Specialist at CBRE since December 2019, Summer Cross supports the training needs of multiple functional groups globally. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Learning Specialist at LegacyTexas, where there was a focus on designing training materials and facilitating in-person training for community banking teams, and working at Wells Fargo as a Learning and Development Consultant, facilitating adult learning and consulting on customer experience expectations. Summer Cross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
