Terry Devlin

Terry Devlin is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with extensive experience in business rates and compulsory purchase. Since April 2015, Terry has served as the Director and Head of Business Rates at CBRE Ireland, where expertise in valuation and property services is demonstrated. Prior to this role, Terry worked as a Chartered Surveyor at REA O'Donnell Property Consultants from June 2001 to April 2015, focusing on commercial rates appeals, rent reviews, and valuations. Terry holds a B.Sc in Valuation Surveying from Limerick Institute of Technology and a National Diploma in Property Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, complemented by additional education at the Institute of Technology, Sligo.
