Terry Pomeroy

Terry Pomeroy has extensive experience in facilities management, with a career spanning over two decades. At Erickson Living, Terry served as Senior Facilities Manager from September 2018 to October 2021, and prior to that, spent more than 22 years at Barnabas Health as Plant Operations Manager. Following this, Terry held the position of Director of Facilities at Black Bear Sports Group, Inc. from October 2021 to November 2022. Currently, Terry is the Director of Facilities Management at Encompass Health and recently transitioned to the role of Account Manager, Facilities at CBRE starting November 2024. Terry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from Mansfield Charleston.
